Booklet design

Design of the 44-page booklet that included the photo selection from significant image source files submitted by the finalists.

The Georgie Awards®, owned and produced by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC) is recognized as a premier housing awards program that highlights and celebrates excellence in home building in British Columbia.

Every year, the event has a particular theme. In 2024, the theme was ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'. The golden ticket, including its perforated edge, became a visual focal point, as did confection imagery and original quotes from Roald Dahl, the author of the book.
